Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Specific rules are based on the product category. 

NUTRITION & SUPPLEMENTS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your nutrition and supplement purchase, please contact us within 14 days of order receipt.

CLOTHING & APPAREL POLICY

If are unsatisfied with your purchase, apparel and accessory items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of order receipt.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sales are final on these items and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition*. This process typically takes 7-14 business days. 

When your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to the payment method on file. Depending on the return reason, the shipping fees related to the return may be deducted from refund. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.  You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.

We are a small team trying our best to answer all your questions as quickly as possible.
 We would also like to highlight that it may take slightly longer to respond to certain queries. We are a start-up and sometimes we must wait for a response from our third-party partners before we can offer you a solution. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
