Q. DO ORDERS SHIP IN PIECES OR ALL TOGETHER

Orders are split and shipped by category. Nutrition & Supplement items will be ship together and Apparel & Accessories will ship together.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business day after you complete your purchase.

Q. WHY DO OFFER EXPEDITED/RUSH SHIPPING?

We are conscious of our carbon footprint and currently offer Standard shipping only. 

In the extreme case where you need your order expedited/rush shipped, please contact us to request.  We can add this on for an additional fee.

Q. WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

Standard shipping through USPS.

We currently do not ship to military addresses, APO and FPO.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping cost may vary based on the current promotion.

Q. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. We are unable to deliver to military addresses, APO and FPO, and PO addresses.

For international addresses, you can use an International Mail Forwarding Service to purchase goods in the US and forward to your location. There are free account options, like with Shipito to secure your US address and forward your mail along. Q. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It may take a few hours for the tracking to update. You'll also receive an email when your package is delivered to ensure you received it as well.

Q. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Shop Pay.

Q. DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?

We currently do not have a physical location, however we are planning on pop-up shops. Sign up for our email list to stay up to date on events and details.

Q. I AM SENDING THIS AS A GIFT, DO YOU INCLUDE PRICE INFORMATION IN THE PACKAGE?

Don't worry, we only include a packing slip with all orders that just states the items ordered. There is no price information included.

Q. DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS IN THE SALE SECTION?

If an item is in the sale section, we are no longer restocking it. Grab it before it's gone forever!

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Nutrition & Supplements: If you are not satisfied with your nutrition and supplement purchase, please contact us within 14 days of order receipt.

Clothing & Apparel: If are unsatisfied with your purchase, apparel and accessory items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of order receipt.

Q. DO YOU ACCEPT DONATION REQUESTS?

For donation requests, please visit our Contact page and submit through the form, chat with us, or email hello@richfitbitch.com. Make sure to supply us with as much detail as possible!

Q. CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT AT CHECKOUT?

Only one discount is permitted per order.
